• What happened?
• What did you expect?
• Device + OS (e.g., Android 14 / Windows 11)
• Browser/WebView (e.g., Chrome 121, Samsung Internet, Capacitor)
• Approx. time + region (ASIA/EU)
• Screenshot/screen recording if possible
